Kate Wade is an accomplished thought leader in strategy and market analysis with over 20 years of experience across industries including financial services, insurance, consumer goods, retail, and industrials. She has a proven track record of aligning cross-functional teams to drive change and deliver successful outcomes. Prior to founding the AI Strategies Group, she launched her independent consultancy, Wade Strategy, LLC, in 2017, where she successfully executed projects for clients ranging from start-ups to top five Property and Casualty insurance firms, global Fortune 200 Food and Beverage companies, and one of the world’s largest retailers.
Expertise
Kate began her career in consulting after earning her MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She joined The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she applied her expertise in market analysis, change management, and supply chain restructuring to support high-impact client engagements. She then moved to The Cambridge Group, managing teams focused on industry analysis and market segmentation.
Following her consulting experience, Kate transitioned into senior management roles at Allstate and Arthur J. Gallagher. At Allstate, she led research initiatives to analyze markets, evaluate acquisitions, and identify best practices to streamline operations. At Gallagher, she guided teams in identifying opportunities and implementing strategies that unlocked significant revenue growth and cost savings.
Education and Personal Life
Kate holds an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Chicago. She lives in the northern suburbs of Chicago with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and volunteering as an assistant softball coach.
