Mark is a recognized leader in AI-enabled business strategy, strategic foresight, and innovation consulting. With over 25 years of experience integrating human-centered design and emerging technologies, he helps organizations leverage artificial intelligence to understand customers more deeply, anticipate market change, and make faster, more confident decisions.
As founder of KGI.global and a partner at AISG, Mark has led transformational initiatives for organizations including Capgemini, Google, Amazon, Xerox, Colgate-Palmolive, Johnson & Johnson, Amgen, Bristol Myers Squibb, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Rolls-Royce, Audi, and Porsche—delivering future-ready strategies, innovation pipelines, and UX/CX research.

He is an advisor and adjunct faculty member at the USC Marshall School of Business and previously taught at Northwestern University and ArtCenter College of Design.
Education and Personal Life
Mark holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan. He lives in Santa Monica, where he enjoys beach volleyball, sailing, skiing, and walking his dog along the coast.
