John has led software development and consulting organizations from high-growth start-ups to divisions of global enterprises, where he has repeatedly defined AI-enabled business strategies that turn technology investments into measurable enterprise value. He has designed and executed strategic and operational programs for firms and municipalities of varying size and complexity across financial services, technology, legal, healthcare, manufacturing and government.
